For percussion through the ages catch the Cliff and Ed show tomorrow.

The beat is sure to be contagious as Cliff Alloy and Ed Young bang some skins and other things at Loplops Lounge and Gallery Thursday, December 1.

"We figured it was time for we drummers to step up into the lights," said Young. "We'll be playing a variety of percussion and some other instruments."

Young is shown playing his nifty digital marimba, which will be part of the show tomorrow night, as he and Alloy entertain with ancient and modern percussion.

Alloy and Young will also be joined by a few of their friends.

Jay Case and Craig West will be performing a few songs each with Alloy and Young.

"Ed Young's new digital marimba is the coolest thing since the invention of scrambled eggs, sliced bread and the mini-skirt," said West.

It is also rumoured that Chris Belsito will be making a long-awaited return to the stage in Sault Ste. Marie after a triumphant tour of Argentina.

Show starts at 9:30, admission is free. Bring your own sense of rhythm.
