You’re invited to participate in Sault Ste. Marie’s Sponsorship and Board Governance Mentorship program for the Arts. This free program, facilitated by artsVest Ontario, is coming to Sault Ste. Marie on Monday, Feb. 12 from 3 – 5 p.m and will take place at the Art Gallery of Algoma.

The program is designed for small to mid-sized arts organizations in the City, equipping them with in-depth training, tools and mentorship relationships.

Participants will develop skills and cultivate an understanding of topics in Corporate Sponsorship and Board Governance. These components are thoughtfully created to build sustainable partnerships between arts and businesses and to spark sponsorship opportunities.

The structured and comprehensive training program involves individualized mentorship sessions with Canada’s top sponsorship and board governance experts, peer-to-peer training workshops, webinars, marketing and branding tutorials, access to a six-module e-learning sponsorship course and a resource bank of sponsorship and board governance tools and templates.

Those interested in attending are asked to register at http://bit.ly/SSMSession. The Sponsorship and Board Governance Mentorship Program in Sault Ste. Marie is made possible with funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
