Montreal rock and roll ska outfit K-Man and the 45s are set to return to Sault Ste. Marie on Sunday, Mar. 5 for an evening performance at the New American Pub.

No stranger to these parts, K-Man and the 45s were featured in a November 2015 episode of Tuned.

During that interview, K-Man told us that touring consistently from coast to coast is the band’s way of building its fan base.

“I like to play music and I like meeting people,” he said. “If you get out there with the people and word of mouth, then you build that solid crowd. When I play a place once, people come out and usually the next time there’s twice as many people.”

The upcoming March performance will include local openers Stegadeth and Bizotic. Doors open at 9 p.m. and you must be 19 or older to attend. Admission is $5 at the door.
