Emerson Drive to play The Machine Shop next month

The Machine Shop proudly announces country music band and award winner Emerson Drive live in concert on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at The Machine Shop. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the concert will start at 8 p.m.

For well over a decade, Emerson Drive has been a staple in country music, known for being a band to crank out hits, deliver electrifying stage shows and amaze audiences all across North America.

Over the years Emerson Drive has stacked up numerous award nominations, as well as multiple trophies for Group or Duo of the Year from CCMA (Canadian Country Music Association).

During their career the Canadian band has scored numerous hits, but it was their 2007 hit “Moments,” that pushed Emerson Drive over the top in country music.

“Looking back 10 years ago and seeing where our career first started with ‘I Should Be Sleeping’ and knowing that there was a movement going around us as a new act on the scene... I just remember how exciting and crazy it was, all at the same time,” recalls Emerson Drive’s lead vocalist and founding member, Brad Mates.

Emerson Drive says they are living the dream and will keep moving forward in their career that is nowhere near being over.
