Greyhound Season Opener Block Party this week

You're invited to visit the Greyhound Season Opener Block Party this week. 

The party kicks off this Friday at 4 p.m. at GFL Memorial Gardens, featuring live music, food, games, face painting, and more. 

Queen Street between Bruce and Dennis will be closed for traffic at 3 p.m.

Queen Street between Bruce and Dennis will be closed to traffic

The Downtown Association invites you to the Greyhound Season Opener Block Party on Friday, Sept. 30, at GFL Memorial Gardens!

At 3 p.m., Queen Street between Bruce and Dennis will be closed to traffic, and the party will kick off at 4 p.m.! Northern Superior Brewing Co. beer will be on tap joined by the Beaver Tails food truck, as well as the Newfoundland based food truck Jiggs + Riggs Catering Co.

Throughout the evening, there will be live music by Steeltown Playboys, giant games, face painting, and more!

Block party wraps up at 7 p.m. when the game starts. Go, Hounds, Go!
