The Arts Council of Algoma is pleased to present its annual Art in the Park n’ Lot - a showcase of regional artists and artisans - at the Sault Ste. Marie Canal National Historic Site on August 20 and 21.

The Arts Council is calling all area creatives - painters, sculptors, photographers, musicians, and the like - to take part in this two-day event which is expected to draw 2,000 visitors.

Those interested in showcasing their talents are encouraged to register for the event by Monday, August 1, 2016 as tent space is limited.

There’s also opportunities for supporters to help with the event by volunteering for set-up, tear-down, and a variety of other related tasks.

For more information about Art in the Park n’ Lot, to register for the event, or to sign up as a volunteer, please contact the Arts Council of Algoma by calling 705-945-9756 or by email at [email protected]
