The Northland Barbershop Chorus of the Sault, Ontario Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society is proud to announce its 55th annual show, to be presented Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.

Taking place at the Sault Community Theatre Centre, this show takes its inspiration from a beloved classical movie, It's a Wonderful Life. The Northland Chorus will present a show that borrows the theme of the 1946 American fantasy-drama film, but with a musical twist.

The Chorus will present ten songs in traditional a cappella style that span the musical spectrum.

Lee Ann Pearson is handling stage direction of the play, written by Bob Shami.

General admission tickets are $28.00 and can be purchased at the Station Mall Box Office, Hess Jewellers at Churchill Plaza, or from any member of the Northland Chorus Soo Theatre/STARS (534 Ashmin St. Sault, Mich.).

Tickets may also be available at the door.

A portion of the proceeds of the show go to the Speech-Language Pathology Unit at Sault Area Hospital. As of this show, the Chorus will reach a major milestone - more than $100,000 will have been donated by the Northland Chorus to this cause since 1995. Several thousands more have been donated to the Speech department at War Memorial Hospital in Sault, Mich.

Additional information on the show can be found here.
