Alan Doyle set to return to the Sault

On Tuesday, Nov. 6, the Sault Community Theatre Centre will play host to Canadian East Coast sensation Alan Doyle and his ‘Beautiful Band’. The tour comes on the heels of the release of Doyle’s third solo album, A Week at the Warehouse, and his second book, A Newfoundlander in Canada: Always Going Somewhere, Always Coming Home.

As Doyle’s bio reads: “This album, recorded live off the floor… with producer Bob Rock at the helm, is chock-a-block with country-tinged, radio-ready tunes!”

Presale tickets for the fan club members are on sale now. General public tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and may be purchased online  www.saultctc.ca, in person at the Community Box Office located in the Station Mall, or by phone at 705-945-7299.

Joining Alan Doyle and his ‘Beautiful Band’ in Sault Ste. Marie will be Canadian-turned-Texan sweetheart Whitney Rose. She and her latest release Rule 62 have been met with rave reviews from the likes of Rolling Stone, the New York Times, and Paste magazine.

Doors for the Nov. 6 performance open at 7 p.m. Show time is 8 p.m.
