2014 SiriusXM Indie Award winners announced

TORONTO - Canadian Music Week is pleased to announce the winners of the 2014 SiriusXM Indies - 14th Annual Independent Music Awards.

City and Colour, Arcade Fire and Arctic Monkeys are among the winners recognized last night across 37 categories.

Celebrating the best of independent music – both Canadian and International – the Indies were held at Kool Haus, and featured special performances from artists such as Hollerado, Mounties, Born Ruffians, Ponctuation, The Strumbellas, and The Hidden Cameras.

Sweden's internationally acclaimed Little Dragon also took to the SiriusXM Indies stage for an exclusive set.
