For a whole year you have belonged to heaven. Lord, how we miss your sweetness and having you wrapped up in our arms.
When I first met you, I was broken but you stole my dreams and my heart. You helped me see that there was a better way. I walked in the light with you and look what we built, despite the mountains that we had to climb. That YOU especially had to climb. We're very proud. My darling there's no way we could ever forget your love because you gave us so much to remember.
We're still keeping our promise to be good and believe with all our hearts that we will be together again. We know you're with us always but please keep reminding us because it's how we cope without actually having you in our lives the way we really want you. That was God's choice, we accept it and trust Him even though it hurts.
We still love you more every day and know for sure that you are watching over us. It's so plainly obvious. I swear the stars spell out your name. What an incredible feeling! Thank you for still showing me the way. Please don't stop.
Until our chance comes, we'll have our eye on that sky. We'll make sure to protect all that you helped us build and strive to be happy. Most of the time we are. So enjoy paradise comfortably my dear. I don't believe anyone deserves it more than you!
Your life should be an inspiration for all who were lucky enough to witness it. I assure you, your memory will always serve as an inspiration for our son and I. Emulating your life and how you lived it, is how we remain strong. It's the only way to live. You sure did just that. We are eternally grateful for the time we shared with you.
