SooToday meteorologist Jerry Shields says cold and snowy weather is expected today. The snow is expected to amount to anywhere between 2 and 4 cm. Meanwhile, the wind will blow westward at 20 km/h.

The daytime high is forecasted to be 1C, with the UV index is at 1 or low.

Tonight, the skies will be cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of flurries, with the overnight low being -3C.
