Established in December 2019 by Mark Hautanen, the concept of Northern Workshop was to create quality unique gifts and décor to last for generations. That is the sort of legacy we stand behind in a world where mass manufactured products and gifts are so easily disposed.

We’re a small home-based shop located in Sault Ste Marie, and supporters of shop small and local. Some of the products we carry, but not limited to:
- Hand carved Canadian flag
- Mixed media table lamps, wood and epoxy serving ware
- Garden trellises and outdoor décor
- Yard games: Cornhole, Yard Dice, Giant Jenga and Washer Toss
