After a break from parking fees during the COVID-19 pandemic, patients, visitors and staff will once again have to pay for parking at Sault Area Hospital (SAH) beginning Monday, July 6.

SAH made the announcement on its Facebook page Thursday.

The return to parking fees comes with a “gradual and cautious resumption of elective surgeries” which began June 9.

There are several parking pass options available, including $6 per exit, a $66.67 monthly parking pass, as well as five, 10 and 30 days a year passes for $35, $65 and $125 respectively.
