NEWS RELEASE
DISTRICT OF SAULT STE. MARIE PARAMEDIC SERVICES
*************************
With the COVID-19 situation growing and supplies on back order due to high demand, the District of Sault Ste. Marie Paramedic Services are reaching out to the public for assistance.

Although Paramedic Services’ supplies are in good order, it is anticipated that they will need additional personal protective equipment (PPE) moving forward.

Paramedic Services are asking those that have access to personal protective supplies consider donating to help protect our front line workers.

Some of the PPE supplies requested include N95 masks, surgical masks, surgical gowns, face shields and hand sanitizer. Our paramedics are hard at work, responding to all emergency calls and keeping our communities safe.

The use of extensive personal protective supplies is necessary with the work being done.

Help us keep our paramedics safe by respecting physical distancing. Please stay at home.

If you have personal protection equipment to donate please email our Paramedic Commanders at ondutyc[email protected]
