Watermain repair could slow traffic on St. George's Avenue East

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - 4 May 2015 - The PUC would like to advise the public of a planned traffic restriction tomorrow (May 5th) on St. George’s Avenue East.

This traffic restriction is in place to facilitate the repair of a broken watermain valve at the intersection of St. George’s Avenue East and Spruce Street.

During the repair process westbound traffic on St. George’s Avenue East will be reduced to a single lane.

This traffic restriction is necessary to ensure the safety of repair crews as well as the travelling public.
