Destination lunch stops and local eateries to plan your snowmobile trip around
halfwayhaven

We have awesome riding in the region, but we also know it’s important for sledders to plan ahead and know where they’re going to stay each night, where to get fuel, and of course, where to find great food.

After a day on the trails, you’re going to be hungry. Plus, many sledders plan destination lunch stops, those favourite establishments that everyone talks about and offer distinct flavours like no one else. The type of place that keeps you coming back for more.

Algoma’s newest snowmobile ride takes sledders to iconic destinations and excellent northern snowmobile trails.

Named after the legendary Halfway Haven Lodge on TOP D Trail between Wawa and Sault Ste. Marie, this trail connects several communities and leads you deep into some of Algoma’s best snowmobiling.

Check out the two- to five-day itineraries to choose from: Halfway There, 3/4 of the Way There and All The Way There. The Connector Ride links you to snowmobile trails to the east. Listed are food, fuel and accommodations to choose from.
