Adopt Me: Marsha can be shy at first (adopted)

She would be okay with other animals as long as they are quiet and calm

SooToday, in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society and The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG), brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Marsha

(Humane Society)

Marsha is a sweet two-year-old female currently awaiting a spay appointment.

She is shy with new people but loves to be brushed and will sit on you for hours looking for pets once she gets to know you.

Marsha is looking for a quiet, relaxed home where she can spend all day lounging around with someone.

She doesn’t seem to mind other animals as long as they are quiet and calm.

Currently the shelter is limiting contact with the public by doing all adoptions by appointment; which allows us to sanitize surfaces and to avoid people coming into contact with each other.

All available animals are currently on the website where people can email us their applications to adopt the animal that they are interested in. We are still reuniting animals with their owners and answering all phone calls from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. during the week and 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. on weekends.
