We are looking to fill a Corporate Lubricant Coordinator role.  Reporting to the Corporate Operations Manager, this position is responsible for logistical  leadership in the overall management of lubricant inventory, supply, ordering processes and  management of revenue: 

  • Responsible for establishing clear processes and procedures associated with inventory of bulk and package lubricants, tanks and parts and management
  • Development and delivery of SOPs and training plans to ensure consistency across all operating sites, pursuit of best practices  
  • Lead review of month-end reconciliation and required follow-up with site personnel
  • Optimization of Inventory by leading overall purchasing practices for Operations team
  • Reporting and analysis of inventory related key performance indicators and metrics utilizing our ERP system, identifying variances and appropriate follow up. 


The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Diploma in Chain Supply / Logistics 
  • Minimum three (3) years of inventory management experience 
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management approaches, methods and  procedures
  • Computer proficiency, including strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power  Point, Outlook, SharePoint) 
  • Knowledge of EPICOR or other ERP system is desired 
  • Well-developed customer service and communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Solid time management and organization skills, including the ability to effectively balance  multiple priorities 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
