- Prepare orders by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as repairs and service required;
- Obtain customer signature on repair orders;
- Establish customer method of payment;
- Review and close repair orders;
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in Heavy Truck or Automotive Industry is preferred;
- Valid G Driver's license;
- Computer Skills;
- Dedicated, friendly attitude;
- Strong customer focus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
