ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking to fill a Corporate Retail Support role. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Retail and working closely with our Retail team, this role will interface and provide support to our Corporate Retail stations. Ensuring all processes, procedures and controls are being adhered to, assisting with inventory management, expenses, with a focus on increasing sales. This role will be responsible for:

  • Collecting weekly sales from each site, monitoring variances and completing follow-ups;
  • Assisting with implementation of inventory counts and reconciliation processes, ensuring inventory counts are complete, investigating variances, review of inventory turns and shrinkage;
  • Daily creation and management of Purchase Orders for all corporate sites;
  • Assisting with managing and reviewing of monthly site expenses;
  • Providing technical assistance to our retail sites for our Point of Sale and Back Office systems.
  • Managing the Petroleum Repair Binder, updating with repairs and maintenance at each site.
  • Tracking of program royalties, (OTR, Circle K, Tim Hortons)
  • Reconciliation of mystery shop program and scorecard;

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of providing technical support or customer service.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Understanding of inventory reconciliation and ability to investigate variances.
  • Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the petroleum industry considered an asset.
