commercial and residential properties in the area.
Property One is seeking experienced Janitors. Full and part-time positions are available. Individuals will be
responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of residential and/or commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of residential and/or commercial buildings
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.
Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Wages based on experience
Qualifications
Previous janitorial experience
Strong listening skills, ability to follow direction
Ability to stand on feed for extended periods of time
Attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
