Main Filter is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Administration Team.

Description:

The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail with the ability to work independently under time constraints.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be transferring data from different information sources into database systems.
Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, performing regular backups to ensure data preservation, and sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data.
This can include order entry, submitting purchase orders to vendors, invoicing customers and other data entry tasks.
