We are a Well established fly in fishing / hunting resort about half hour flight north of Wawa On . We now have an opening for a Head Cook’s position for this up coming season: Our Main Cook must be “Hands On” every day in not only supervising the meals that day for about 50-80 guests, but must do all the baking of breads,pies, pastries and cookies etc. for that day. This position does require someone who likes to bake but also has a variety of experiences in that field.
The head cook is also responsible for the main entree for dinner for both guests and staff. We do have a well equipped kitchen, and there is a second cook to work with, who is responsible for cooking the breakfast, plus preparation of all salads for the salad bar ever day. Together the two cooks plan and prepare lunch each day for mainly staff, but may include some guests at times. PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE is more important then having papers.
