Our office has a temporary 1 year full-time position (with potential permanent employment) available for a administrative Doctors Scheduler. Experience would be beneficial, but a great attitude and a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are our first priorities.

• Create a rapport with clients and team members.
• Provide excellent service over the phone and in person to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and other team members.
• Coordinate doctors schedules.
• Complete daily ledger audits.
• Confirm future appointments and fill openings in the schedule.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Manage e-mail and text message responses.
• Send pre-determinations to insurance companies.
• Reactivate patients.

• We are looking for individuals who possess strong, interpersonal communication combined with a strong commitment towards teamwork.
• Dental office experience is not required but is considered an asset.
• Flexibility with hours is required.
• Leadership capabilities.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Great attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
• Positive, enthusiastic and fresh outlook.
