Plan A Algoma is looking for qualified personal support workers to join their team. We are looking for logical, dependable and knowledgeable PSW's to join our A-team!

Already working as a PSW? GREAT! Our flexible schedule and friendly staff ask that you lend your talent to the LTC sector.

Plan A Algoma has a 3 shift a month minimum. You can work as little or as much as you'd like. Our phone app allows you to set your own schedule. Picking up shifts is as easy as one click of a button. We want our employees to have that work-life balance.


  • Personal Support certificate
  • 3-5 healthcare references
    -Required documents
    (Criminal record check, CPR/First Aid, N95 Mask fit, etc..)

*Applicants will be screened personally and professionally in interview process.

Job Details (include but are not limited to):

  • Compassionate to elderly residents
  • Monitor any health problems and report to the nurse on shift.
  • Assist in interaction among residents
  • Able to work under pressure and multi task
  • Work well with co-workers
  • Understand policies and procedures of different homes.
