We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Building Project Specialist to conduct space planning project activities from low to high complexity and see all projects through to execution and hand-off.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Senior Manager Planning, you will be empowered to:
WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
Work Experience: 3 years of experience in both commercial office and warehouse facility management and construction
Education: University or College Degree/Diploma Facility Management or Construction Management | Knowledge of blueprint reading, service contracts and fixed asset management | Knowledge of construction safety and regulations | Knowledge of systems furniture
Critical Skills: Contractor/vendor management | Interpersonal skills | Analytical and problem-solving skills | Project management | Detail oriented | Ability to work independently with a bias to action, prioritize and manage all tasks and projects to successful completion | Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite, AutoCAD
Negotiation and Influence: ability to negotiate and influence effectively while being open to perspectives and maintaining strong relationships
Strategic Thinker: strong strategic and critical thinker with ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative solutions
