  • Administer the Corporate cashbook and prepare appropriate journal entries.
  • Daily banking, including arranging bank transfers, preparing special payments and issuing accounts payable cheques.
  • Reconcile the corporate bank accounts to the cashbook.
  • Administer the Corporate Travel System and perform the necessary associated accounting functions.
  • Maintain the Accidental Damage Reporting System and related insurance administration, including claims.
  • Provide administrative services to the Treasury Department.


  • Must have minimum 2-year diploma from a post-secondary institution in Business or Accounting, or a secondary school diploma with intermediate accounting and at least 2 years practical accounting experience.
  • Must have a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. (applicants will be tested).
  • Work experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency with Internet and E-mail.
  • Work experience in accounting is an asset.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
