Winter parking prohibition continues in weekend snow event

The City of Sault Ste. Public Works and Engineering Services would like to remind residents in preparation for the weekend snow event, the parking prohibition is in effect until April 30, 2018. Overnight parking on all City streets is prohibited from midnight until 6 a.m. City crews will be working 24 hours in order to remove snow from streets.

Crews will be focusing on the main and collector roadways followed by residential areas. During the snow event, teams could also be dealing with water related issues. Residents are asked to drive according to the conditions and allow space for heavy equipment to clear roadways.
