Arrests/Charged Persons: Gavin Anderson, 22, from Sioux Lookout was arrested and charged with theft from a downtown confectionary after a complaint was received from a clerk who was working at that store.

************************* 58 year old Melvin Wemigwans of 25 Hamilton Street in Spanish failed to report the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center as required to serve time on the weekend.

Afternoon report A window was reported smashed at a vacant business in the 400 block of Pim Street. ************************* Fencing poles were stolen from a residence on Idaho Drive.

Arrests/Charged Persons: David Eathan Hillman of 432 Wellington Street East, Apartment #2 – age 19 was arrested for break and enter.

Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes: (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.): Mark Strain, 27. of 137 McFadden Av.

Evening Report: Break and Enter in the 100 block of Second Line East – Front door glass smashed – generator went missing. Bear sighting in the area of Third Line West and Goulais Avenue.

Evening Report: Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates : 59 year old Craig Harriman of No Fixed Abode was charged with unlawfully in a dwelling house.

A 24 year old male was arrested early this morning on domestic related mischief charges. It is alleged the accused attended to his ex- girlfriend’s residence in the west end of the City and smashed out a window.

City Police attended to the 100 block of Pim St. to investigate a Break and Enter which occurred overnight. Thieves forcibly entered through an office door and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and liquor.

A business was reported broken into on Cedar Street. A cash register was reported stolen. ************************* Prescription medications were reported stolen from a residence in the 600 block of Queen Street West.
