On Oct. 4, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 14-year-old male from Sault Ste. Marie for the theft of a motor vehicle.
It is alleged that just after 10 a.m. the accused took a motor vehicle from a person known to him. Police located the vehicle being operated by the accused a short time later. The vehicle was stopped and the accused was taken into custody.
He has been charged with one count of theft over $5,000 and one count of possession of stolen property. He was held for bail court.
