On October 20, 2016, a male, age 20, was arrested by City Police regarding an outstanding warrant for assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
The charges originated on August 11, 2016 at a local east end restaurant.
The male in question allegedly struck victims with a baseball bat causing injury to one of the victim's forearm. The male allegedly swung the bat again causing damage to the webbing on the second victim's hand. The victim had to seek medical assistance.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on November 28, 2016 at 9 a.m.
