TWO-CAR ACCIDENT SENDS BOTH DRIVERS TO HOSPITAL Officers investigated a two-car accident yesterday at the intersection of Trunk Road and Adelaide that resulted in both drivers going to hospital by ambulance where they were treated for minor injuries.

Officers investigated a two-car accident yesterday at the intersection of Trunk Road and Adelaide that resulted in both drivers going to hospital by ambulance where they were treated for minor injuries. A 1994 Ford Taurus, operated by Lisa Williams, age 33, of Vera Street was proceeding eastbound on Trunk Road and turned into the path of a 1990 Pontiac Sunbird operated by Sheena Pine, age 33, of Adrian Drive. Williams has been charged with, "Making a left turn without reasonable opportunity to avoid collision" under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. Both cars sustained extensive damage.

73-YEAR-OLD CHARGED WITH THEFT
Gerald Fitzgerald, age 73, of 138 East Street was arrested last evening in connection with two different investigations involving stolen vehicles.
