YOUTH TURNS HIMSELF IN TO POLICE
City police have charged two males with theft and possession of stolen property under $5,000. It is alleged that Joseph Albany Lacrosse, age 18, of 187 Brien Avenue and Patrick John Martin, age 29, of the same address stole items from Arrow Home Hardware.

Right after the items were stolen, Lacrosse went to the police station next door and advised police what the two had done and turned the property over to them. Both are to appear in court on April 8.

WRITES HIMSELF PRESCRIPTIONS
Todd Allen Petrie, age 39, of 12a Elmwood Avenue will appear in court on April 15 to face 72 charges of double doctoring. It is alleged he stole blank prescription pads from a doctor and filled them out himself. The investigation started in January, 2000.
