On July 19, 2016 city police arrested a male age 34 for production of a substance (methamphetamine). On July 15, 2016 officers of the drug enforcement section were at an east end apartment and found several items that are consistent with a person that is producing illegal drugs. The accused was also found to be on a recognizance and one of the conditions was for him to live at a specific address. It is alleged that the accused was not living there. The accused Craig William Smith of no fixed address is scheduled to appear in court on August 29, 2016 at 9 a.m.
