It was a quiet night for our police service. There is only one incident to report, the passing of a counterfeit $10.00 bill. This bill was passed at an east end variety store. The serial number is BEG0004004.

It was a quiet night for our police service. There is only one incident to report, the passing of a counterfeit $10.00 bill. This bill was passed at an east end variety store. The serial number is BEG0004004. The police are asking the public to take a second and check the serial numbers of any $10.00 bills. If the number ends in 4003 or 4004, it may be a counterfeit. Try to get a description of the person passing the bill and/or any vehicle they may be driving.
