SEAT BELT CHARGES LAID
The police seat belt campaign has resulted in 100 traffic charges being laid in the last three days. Today is the fourth day of the two-week spring seat belt awareness campaign in which all Ontario police services are participating.

City police will also be stepping up enforcement around school crossing zones. There have been several complaints of drivers disobeying crossing guards. These guards are in place to ensure the safety of our children on their way to school.
