VIDEO: $25K worth of guitars reported stolen from Bruce Mines area

Theft took place sometime between August 28 and September 2

Police hope to identify the individuals responsible for the theft of approximately $25,000 worth of guitars and other equipment.

A news release issued today by Crime Stoppers states that the items were stolen from a residence in the Bruce Mines area sometime between Aug. 28 and Sept. 2.

Full text of the news release follows:

Crime Stoppers and the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police are requesting your assistance in identifying suspects involved in an incident of break, enter and theft.

Sometime between Aug. 28, 2021 and Sept. 2, 2021, unknown suspects attended a residence on Cloudslee Road, Plummer Additional Township.

Suspects forced their way into the residence through a rear door and removed numerous items with an approximately value of $25,000.

A list of items taken during the incident are:
    •    Taylor guitar
    •    Gibson Les Paul guitar
    •    Epiphone SG guitar
    •    Marshall guitar half amp stack
    •    Yorkville Yamaha PA system
    •    65” LG TV
    •    miscellaneous power tools
