On April 15, 2018, officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 24-year-old Lissa Manning of Albert Street East for impaired driving.
It is alleged that on April 15, the accused was operating a motor vehicle in the area of Albert Street East and East Street while her ability to do so was impaired by alcohol. The accused lost control of the vehicle and struck the front of a residence in the 100 block of East Street.
Officers attended and the accused was taken into custody. She has been charged with one count of impaired driving, one count of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level that was over the legal limit and two counts of breach of recognizance. She will appear in court on May 28, 2018.
