On Feb. 18, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 39-year-old Thomas Atkinson, and on Feb. 16, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 39-year-old Amy Leonard for assault causing bodily harm.
On Jan. 17, 2020 the two accused attended a residence in the 0-100 block of Bloor Street West and struck a victim known to them several times in the head and body. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police located Mr. Atkinson on Feb. 18, 2020 and Ms. Leonard on Feb. 16, 2020. They are both charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm. Both are scheduled to appear in court on March 30, 2020.
