CHARGES LAID AGAIN
Officers charged 22-year-old Charbel Chammas of 29 Blucher Street yesterday morning with one count of impersonation, one count of trespass by night and one count of possession of stolen property in connection with an incident from the weekend. Police apprehended Chammas and two others near a residence on Grand Boulevard early Sunday morning and Chammas was subsequently charged with trespass and possession. However, he identified himself as his brother and charges were laid under his brother's name. Of all the charges laid against Charbel Chammas, impersonating his brother is the most serious and is punishable by up to ten years in prison. He will appear in court on October 29.
