At 3:25 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2016 city police arrested 49-year-old Mary Kathryn Reid of Wellington Street East. It’s alleged that the accused attended at Rome’s on Great Northern Road and stole merchandise valued at approximately $62. She has been charged with theft under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on Nov. 21, 2016.
