On the February 12, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 25-year-old male for domestic violence-related offences.

On Feb. 12, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 38-year-old male for Domestic Violence related offences.

It is alleged that on Feb. 10 and 11, 2017 the accused assaulted his girlfriend by punching her in the head and face. The accused was arrested on Feb. 12, 2017 and charged with assault and breach of probation. He was held for bail court.

On the Feb. 12, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 25-year-old male for domestic violence-related offences.

It is alleged that on Feb. 11, 2017 the accused attended the residence of his ex-girlfriend and engaged in a verbal argument with her. The argument escalated and the accused then grabbed the victim, pulled her to the ground and kicked her. It was further alleged that in March of 2016 the accused assaulted the same female by punching her in the stomach.

The accused was arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault. He was held for bail court. 

Male charged with break and enter

On Feb. 12, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 30-year-old Ryan Harris of Northern Avenue in relation to a Break and Enter from October of 2016.

It is alleged that on Oct. 24, 2016 the accused entered a residence in the 2600 block of Queen Street East and stole jewellery, various electronics and medications.  Through the investigation officers were able to identify Mr. Harris as the accused and he was arrested on Feb. 12, 2017. Mr. Harris was charged with one count of break and enter and he will appear in court on Mar. 20, 2017.
