On April 26 City Police attended to a male causing a disturbance in the 900 block of Queen Street East. Upon their arrival they had occasion to deal with 24-year old Thomas Agawa who was wanted on outstanding warrants for failing to appear for finger prints as well as failing to appear court regarding a theft charge from January 2016. Upon search of the accused he was found to be in possession of what appeared to be marihuana and was charged with possession of a narcotic as well. He will be appearing in Bail Court tomorrow.
