TWO ACCIDENTS YESTERDAY Yesterday 12 12:58 p.m., city police were called to the intersection of Willow and McNabb Streets where a pedestrian was struck by a car.
TWO ACCIDENTS YESTERDAY
Yesterday 12 12:58 p.m., city police were called to the intersection of Willow and McNabb Streets where a pedestrian was struck by a car. A 1988 Nissan was southbound on Willow Avenue and attempted a right turn onto McNabb when it collided with a pedestrian in the crosswalk.

The pedestrian, Rosemary Wilkinson, age 52 of Brian Avenue, received what are described as minimal injuries. The driver of the car, 19-year-old Shawn Frost of Willow Avenue, was not injured. Mr. Frost was issued a summons for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

An accident at 4:16 p.m. yesterday resulted in two minor injuries and two severely damaged vehicles. A 1998 Toyota Camry operated by Gerald Forsell, age 62, of Placid Avenue, was northbound on Lake Street when he collided with a 1998 Chrysler driven by 69-year-old James Brawley of Bennett Blvd that was eastbound on Wellington Street. Both drivers received minimal injuries. Mr. Brawley was issued a summons for a red light infractio
