City Police investigated a disturbance at the court house yesterday that resulted in the arrest of three persons. It is alleged that 2 witnesses appearing at a criminal court trial were threatened prior to giving their testimony. As a result, Nicholas Buonoma, age 43, of Wallace Terrace has been charged with 2 counts of threatening death, 2 counts of attempting to obstruct justice, 2 counts of intimidation, and one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He will appear in court on the charges on April 29.

Also charged is Mickey Bounomo, age 21, of Allens Side Road. He is facing 2 counts of threatening death, one count of obstructing/resisting police and will appear in bail court today. In a related but separate occurrence, Sauro Greganti, age 46, of Norma Crescent, Ancaster, Ontario, has been charged with 2 counts of threatening death. He will appear in bail court today.
