MAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT & OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Yesterday afternoon, police arrested Michael Miller, Age 30, and charged him with two new charges of common assault and two new charges of breach of undertaking.

Yesterday afternoon, police arrested Michael Miller, Age 30, and charged him with two new charges of common assault and two new charges of breach of undertaking. Miller had outstanding warrants for a previous assault and failure to appear in court. There are also two outstanding warrants from the Anishinabek Police Service in Garden River for possession of stolen property and failure to appear. Miller will appear in bail court on Tuesday.

MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY HARM
City police arrested James Purcell, age 21, last night and charged him with assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement, unlawfully being in a residence, mischief to property, and theft under $5,000. No further details are available at this time.
