On April 30, 2016 City Police were called to Canada Customs regarding a male subject that was crossing into Canada from Michigan and had outstanding warrants. City police arrested Justin Dane Boyer, age 24, on a bench warrant for mischief dating back to 2014 and a first instance warrant for failing to attend court when directed. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on May 30, 2016 at 9 a.m.
