Sudbury-area driver charged with impaired after traffic complaint

A driver from Chelmsford, Ont. is facing an impaired driving charged after being stopped on Second Line East on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say that, around 2:30 p.m. police received a call regarding a possible impaired driver. 

Officers responded and located a vehicle matching the description and conducted a traffic stop.

Officers had the driver provide two breath samples, which both resulted in exceeding the allowable limits.

The driver, 37-year-old Kyle Case, has been charged with operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80+).

The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court in early-April.
