On Aug. 15, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 28-year-old Mathew Wagner of Chicora Crescent and 26-year-old Jessica Bolan of Chapple Avenue for possession of stolen property.
Just after 4 p.m., officers observed a vehicle driving on Kohler Street in Sault Ste. Marie. Officers ran a check and confirmed that the vehicle had been reported stolen a few days earlier. The vehicle parked and both individuals exited the vehicle.
Both were taken into custody and charged with one count of possession of stolen property. Ms. Bolan was also charged with one count of breach of recognizance. They will both appear in court on Sept. 6, 2018.
