On May 22, 2019 officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service’s Technological Crime Unit arrested 25-year-old Kaleb Howard of Sault Ste. Marie for possession of child pornography.
It is alleged between April 2018 and June 2018 the accused made a number of online posts of a concerning nature. After an investigation it was determined the material was child pornography.
On May 22, 2019 police took the accused into custody. He is charged with one count of possession of child pornography, one count of making child pornography available and one count of luring underage persons.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 24, 2019.
